50ml of Irish Whisky
160ml of black coffee
60ml of double or whipping cream
2 tsps brown sugar
1. Pour the cream into a small bowl and lightly whip until it begins to thicken.
2. Brew the coffee using the method of your choice and add to a glass. Pour the shot of Irish whisky into the glass of coffee.
3. Add the brown sugar to the hot mixture and stir to dissolve.
4. Using a teaspoon, gently place the whipped cream onto the coffee so it floats.
5. Serve hot and enjoy.
