1 and 3/4 cups flour
1 tbsp baking powder
1 and 1/4 tbsp Matcha Green Tea Powder
1/2 tsp salt
3/4 cup sugar
¾ cup unsweetened almond milk, or regular milk
2 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 cup oil
Pre-heat oven to 180'.
Combine flour, baking powder, matcha, salt, and sugar in a bowl.
In a seperate bowl, mix together milk, vanilla, egg and oil.
Combine all ingredients together, do not over-stir.
Distribute the batter into 10 muffin cases.
Bake for approximately 15 minutes or until knife comes out clean.
Transfer to wire rack.
Optional: Matcha butter icing for topping. Combine Matcha powder, Butter and icing sugar (dash of milk if needed).
