Angels Tea Gin Cocktail

Ingredients 4 shots or 1/2 cup Angels Cold Earl Grey tea, Angels Green Tea, Angels Rooibus Tea1 shot gin1 shot honey syrup 1/2 shot fresh-squeezed lemon juice2 sprigs lavender Method: 1. Brew the Angels Tea and set aside to cool. 2. Make some honey syrup, simply beat honey in hot water. 3. Fill a shaker with ice, add the Gin, honey syrup 4. Shake and strain into a glass with ice - we like to use one large ice cube. 5. Garnish the drink with a sprig of lavender or slice of lemon/orange.

Espresso Old Fashioned

Ingredients Ice Cubes2 shots Espresso - Chilled2 shots whiskey (bourbon or rye)1/2 shot Sugar syrup2 dishes Angostura bittersTwist of Orange zest Method 1. Fill a shaker with ice cubes.  2. Mix a double shot of espresso with the bourbon. 3. Add the sugar syrup and Angostura bitters. 4. Shake and strain into a glass and top with orange zest. 5. Enjoy!

Die-Hard Coffee Cocktail

Ingredients 25ml dark rum25ml tequilaCup of iceGinger beer2 tbsp freshly brewed espresso Method 1.Fill a highball glass with ice 2. Pour in the rum and tequila. 3. Stir then top with ginger beer. 4. Slowly pour in the espresso.
